The well-known Oregon property featured for years on the reality show "Little People, Big World" is back on the market. Matt Roloff, the former star and owner of the farmhouse and surrounding land near Portland, confirmed the listing this week. He stated that none of his four children have expressed a desire to take over the residence or continue running it as a family operation.
The 34-acre property in Helvetia, Oregon, became a central backdrop for the TLC series, which followed the Roloff family's daily life and challenges. The show ran for 25 seasons and turned the farm into a tourist attraction, complete with pumpkin patches and seasonal events. Matt Roloff and his ex-wife Amy Roloff originally purchased the land in 1990, raising their family there before their divorce.
According to Roloff, the decision to sell again comes after years of discussions with his children about succession. He noted that while the farm holds deep sentimental value, his kids have built their own lives and careers elsewhere. The property was previously listed in 2023 but was taken off the market. The current asking price has not been publicly disclosed, but real estate agents familiar with the area estimate it could fetch well over a million dollars given its size and notoriety. The listing includes the main house, several outbuildings, and the open fields that fans of the show will recognize.
